Hai Duong currently serves as the Events and Volunteer Manager at Urban Harvest, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this, Hai Duong dedicated over 24 years to the Houston Rockets, beginning as a Marketing Associate and culminating in the role of Manager. In this capacity, responsibilities included coordinating staff volunteer projects, developing community service programs, and managing game day fundraising initiatives, notably raising an average of $33,000 per season through the "Charity of the Month" program.
