Rachel Behar

Rachel Behar currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Urban Infraconstruction LLC since October 2023. Prior to this role, Rachel held the position of HR Manager for the West Region at Brown-Forman from January 2020 to July 2023. Rachel's experience in human resources also includes positions as Human Resources Manager at Neiman Marcus Group from March 2016 to January 2020, and as Human Resources at Republic National Distributing Company from September 2014 to March 2016. Earlier in the career path, Rachel was the Assistant Manager of Human Resources at Neiman Marcus from November 2012 to September 2014, as well as an IT Recruiter at TEKsystems from February 2011 to October 2012. Additionally, Rachel began professional experience as an Assistant Branch Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car from May 2009 to February 2011. Rachel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Retailing and Science from Texas Tech University, earned between 2005 and 2009.
