Teresa Kroeger

Teresa Kroeger is a Senior Policy Program Manager at WorkRise, a research-to-action network hosted by the Urban Institute. Prior to this, Teresa worked as a Freelance Photographer for Teresa Kroeger Photography and as an Economist at the Bureau of Labor Statistics. Teresa holds a PhD Candidate in Social Policy from The Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University.
