Sebastian Ives

Sebastian Ives currently serves as the Senior Manager of Events & Programmes for Europe at the Urban Land Institute since September 2023. Previously, Sebastian worked at the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) from July 2016 to September 2023 as Group Manager of Event Production, overseeing a team to deliver technical events aligned with the IET's mission. Sebastian's experience includes a role as a Project Researcher for the UK Cyber Security Council, managing various aspects of its formation and transition to operation from October 2019 to November 2021. Prior positions also include Delivery Manager at the Institute of Asset Management from December 2014 to July 2016, as well as multiple roles at the IET from 2008 to 2014, demonstrating a strong background in event management and production. Sebastian holds a BA (Hons) in Film Studies with Media Studies and Video Production from Buckinghamshire New University.
