Skip Spriggs

Skip Spriggs has extensive experience in various leadership roles. Skip currently serves as the Chief Strategy Officer at Urban Land Institute. Prior to that, they were part of the Advisory Panel at Centurion Health and served on the Board of Directors for Washington Nationals Philanthropies. Skip also served as the President & CEO of The Executive Leadership Council. Skip has held positions on the Board of Directors for TIAA, FSB and Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp). Before that, Skip was the Senior Executive Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer at TIAA, where they led strategic transformation efforts. Additionally, they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Boston Scientific, where they played a key role in various areas of human capital management. Skip has also served on the Board of Directors for Pinnacol Assurance and ProSight Specialty Insurance.

Skip Spriggs has a Bachelor of Science degree from Towson University. Additionally, they completed the Advanced Leadership Development Program at Babson College Executive Education.
