Sophie Chick

Sophie Chick has extensive work experience in research and advisory services in the real estate industry. Sophie is currently the Vice President of Research & Advisory Services, Europe at Urban Land Institute. Prior to this, they worked at Savills from 2018 to 2021, where they served as the Head of Department for World Research. In this role, Sophie focused on researching global macro trends and their impact on real estate, with a particular emphasis on ESG and sustainability. Sophie also led the development of Savills' flagship research program, Impacts, which examined various market trends and social, technological, and environmental forces. Sophie briefly worked at Mirvac in 2018 as a Research Manager, and prior to that, they were the Head of Research at Savills Australia & New Zealand from 2016 to 2018.
