Rachel Hartley

Rachel Hartley is an experienced professional with a diverse background in community engagement, marketing, and project management. Currently serving as a Community Engagement Specialist at the Urban League of Portland since October 2021, Rachel has also held positions such as Assistant Program Manager and Housing Programs Assistant Manager. Previous experience includes roles in production at the Portland Art Museum, email and SMS coordination at InsideTrack, and communications management at Campus Compact of Oregon. Rachel's early career involved contributions at KBOO Community Radio as Director of Evening News, as well as various positions in production and outreach. An alumna of Saint Mary's College of California, Rachel holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies.
