Jan O'Brien is a seasoned real estate professional with over 30 years of experience in Nevada, specifically serving areas like Las Vegas, Henderson, Pahrump, North Las Vegas, and Boulder City through Urban Nest Realty. As a team leader, Jan heads the O'Brien Morabbi Team, focusing on providing exceptional service in the residential real estate market. In addition to real estate, Jan co-founded WBNL Coaching, specializing in business coaching for agent teams and small brokers, and co-hosts the Wandering But Not Lost Podcast. Jan's previous roles include significant positions at Realty ONE Group and Prudential Americana Group, along with valuable military experience as a captain in the US Army. Jan holds a B.S. in Special Education from The University of Georgia and has completed multiple military aviation courses.
