Kristopher Simpson

Kristopher Simpson serves as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Urban One, Inc, a position held since July 2019, after previously holding the role of Deputy General Counsel at the same company from June 2018 to May 2019. Prior to their tenure at Urban One, Kristopher served as Associate General Counsel at Radio One from October 2007 to May 2018. Significant experience also includes a role as Director of Investor Relations and Associate General Counsel at E*TRADE Financial Corporation from June 2002 to October 2007, and as an Associate at Holland & Knight, LLP from January 1999 to June 2002. Kristopher's early career featured an Associate position at Powers, Pyles, Sutter and Verville from June 1998 to January 1999. Kristopher earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from The George Washington University Law School between 1994 and 1997, and a degree from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business from 1990 to 1994.
