Sofia Helena Hernesniemi Knudsen is an experienced professional in strategic relations and executive support, currently serving as the Head of Strategic Relations and Chief of Staff to the Chair at Urban Partners since May 2023. Prior roles include Chief of Staff in the Chairperson's Office at NREP and Management Partner at Nordea, where responsibilities included acting as an executive assistant and strategic advisor to the Head of Group Communications & Marketing.
