Othiniel Mahone

Othiniel Mahone is an experienced educational leader currently serving as School Principal at GEO Academies 21st Century since July 2023 and Urban Prep Academies since July 2021. With a robust background in school administration, Othiniel held various leadership roles including Principal at West Side Leadership Academy and Assistant Principal at John Marshall High School and Urban Prep Academies. An advocate for special education, Othiniel contributed significantly to the development of the special education department at Urban Prep Academies, supervising multiple exceptional needs teachers and managing the needs of over 100 students. Othiniel's educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, a Master of Arts in Special Education, and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, all obtained from Saint Xavier University.
