Katie Betz, CCIM, RPA, is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with over 24 years of experience in managing operations and client relations across a diverse portfolio. Currently serving as General Manager at Urban Renaissance Group since October 2011, Katie oversees significant properties, including Amazon-occupied Troy Block and Meta-occupied Arbor Blocks, totaling 1.8 million square feet. Previously, Katie held senior roles in property management at GRUBB & ELLIS MANAGEMENT SERVICES and REIT MANAGEMENT & RESEARCH, among others, successfully managing portfolios exceeding 1.3 million square feet. Katie is a Certified Commercial Investment Manager, having pursued certification since 2018, and holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Puget Sound.
