Elyse Barbell SHRM-CP has a diverse and extensive work experience history. Elyse has worked in various roles across different organizations, primarily focusing on human capital management and workforce development. Elyse'srecent role as Vice President People & Culture at Urban Resource Institute showcases their expertise in people and culture management. Prior to that, they co-founded a workforce development organization called Searching for Good, where they worked closely with nonprofits in finding talented leaders and support staff.
