Napoleon Metelus has over a decade of experience in network and telecommunications management. Currently serving as Systems and Network Manager at Urban Resource Institute since March 2013, responsibilities include configuring LAN networks, segmenting networks with VLANs, and implementing security measures with Cisco and HP technologies. Previously, as a Network Administrator, Napoleon Led the transition to a hybrid cloud solution using Office 365 and Microsoft Azure. Experience also includes a brief tenure at O-Line Security focusing on security assessments and working at Safe Horizon as a Tier I/II Telecommunications and Help Desk Technician, where management of telecommunications infrastructure was performed. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Network and Communication Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Management and Information Systems from Adelphi University.
