Whitney E. Smith, M.A. has extensive experience in human resources and talent development. Whitney E. started their career as a Psychological Testing & Research Assistant at the VA Hospital-Long Beach in 2002. Whitney E. gained skills in administering psychological tests and conducting research.
In 2003, Whitney worked as a Research Assistant for the Psychology Department at California State University, Long Beach. Whitney E. assisted in a research project focused on perceptions of Geo-Sciences as a potential major. Whitney E. conducted focus groups and transcribed data.

Whitney E. Smith, M.A. obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach, where they attended from 2001 to 2003. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued further education at the same institution and completed their Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from California State University, Long Beach, between 2004 and 2007. Additionally, in August 2014, they obtained a certification as a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute.
