Arran Griffith has a diverse work experience spanning various industries.
In 2007, Arran served as the Program Director at Thunder Bay Gymnastics Association, where they successfully developed and implemented a gymnastics program for over 700 athletes. They also managed and developed a team of 20+ staff through professional development and coaching.
From 2008 to 2009, Arran worked as a Quality Control Agent at UPS, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of customer service communications. They provided retraining and feedback to the customer service team and acted as a liaison between customers and management teams to resolve complex concerns.
