Jackie Margenau

Jackie Margenau, M.S., currently serves as the Director of Accreditation & Quality Assurance at Urban Strategies since May 2025. Previously, Jackie held the position of Quality and Compliance Specialist at Upbring from April 2023 to May 2025 and managed a Heart and Vascular Physician Practice at Valley Baptist Health System between April 2022 and May 2023. Jackie also worked at Upbring as a Lead Program Trainer and Culture Ambassador shortly before that. Earlier experience includes roles as a Lead Trainer and Regional Trainer at Comprehensive Health Services, and a Mental Health Specialist in Specialized Services at Tropical Texas Behavioral Health. Jackie began professional experience as a Residential Assistant at the University of Texas at Brownsville. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Health Care Administration from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Texas at Brownsville.
