Jaclyn R. Bonner

Assistant Program Director - US Conecta at Urban Strategies

Jaclyn R. Bonner has held various roles in multiple organizations throughout their career. Jaclyn R. began as an Administrative Assistant at TWFG TriStar Insurance Group in 2014 and later worked as a Student Worker at Howard Payne University's Department of Marketing and Communications. Jaclyn R. then served as an Advocacy Summer Associate at the 21st Century Wilberforce Initiative in 2016. In the same year, they also interned as a Public Relations Intern for the City of Early, Texas.

In 2017, Bonner worked as a Social Media Marketing and Project Manager Intern for the Hunger Offering at the Christian Life Commission. Jaclyn R. subsequently worked as a Communication, Media, and Grant Coordinator at Refuge and Hope International. In 2018, they took on multiple freelance roles as a Communication & Marketing Consultant and a Communication & Marketing Contractor.

Bonner joined Urban Strategies in 2018, where they held various positions including Communications & Content Specialist, Project Manager, and currently serves as the Director of Development & Engagement. In their role, they are responsible for employee engagement and professional development initiatives, managing relationships with executive leaders, and facilitating trainings.

In 2022, Bonner joined The National Alliance for Hispanic Families as a Senior Project Manager, collaborating with youth-serving organizations to implement a positive youth development program.

Throughout their career, Bonner has demonstrated skills in communication, project management, and marketing.

Jaclyn R. Bonner attended Howard Payne University from 2013 to 2017. During this time, they pursued a field of study in Communication and Media Studies. Additionally, they completed a degree in Communication: Public and Media, with a focus on Humanities/Humanistic Studies.
