Allison Adcox SHRM-SCP has a diverse background in operations and program coordination within nonprofit organizations focused on creating sustainable and inclusive communities. With experience in human resources, capacity building, and special projects, Allison currently serves as the People Operations Director at Urban Sustainability Directors Network. Allison's commitment to affordable housing and community development is evident through their work at various organizations such as Nonprofit Association of Oregon, Northwest Housing Alternatives, Housing Land Advocates, and Coalition for a Livable Future. Allison holds a Bachelor of Arts in Community Development from Portland State University.
