Msc Rachael Devi Todt (she/they)

Rachael Devi Todt, MSc, currently serves as the Apprentice Program Manager at Urban Technology Project, managing large IT training programs and overseeing up to 64 apprentices while focusing on staff performance evaluation and project data management. With previous experience as a Community Manager for Girl Gone International and a Program Coordinator at the University of Pennsylvania, Rachael has demonstrated expertise in community leadership, recruitment, program coordination, and human resources. Earlier roles include Literacy Coach, Social Studies Teacher, and Strategy Analyst, showcasing a strong foundation in educational program development, training, and data analysis. Rachael holds a Master's degree in Global Governance and Ethics from UCL and a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies from the University of Iowa.
