Louisa Dentith

Louisa Dentith has a strong background in learning and development. Louisa is currently the Head of Learning and Development at urbanbubble, where they started in August 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior People and Culture Manager at urbanbubble from September 2021 to August 2022. Before joining urbanbubble, Louisa was the Learning and Development Manager at urbanbubble from September 2018 to September 2021.

Before their time at urbanbubble, Louisa worked at Johnnie Johnson Housing as the People and Organisational Development Manager from July 2016 to August 2018. Louisa also held the position of Learning & Talent Development Consultant at Johnnie Johnson Housing from November 2013 to July 2016.

Earlier in their career, Louisa worked at DWF as a Leadership and Talent Specialist from February 2013 to November 2013. Louisa also had a role as a Learning and Development Manager at Cobbetts LLP from June 2008 to February 2013. Prior to that, they were a Learning and Development Manager at Halliwells LLP from June 2002 to February 2008.

Louisa started their career as a Graduate Training Manager at Hammonds in September 1998 and also gained experience as a STRIDE Student Trainer at Nottingham Trent Students' Union from September 1997 to June 1998.

Louisa Dentith earned an LLB (Hons) degree in Law from Nottingham Trent University, which they completed between 1995 and 1998. In 2007, they pursued further education at MOL Learn and obtained a Level 7 BTEC Advanced Professional Diploma in Managing Organisational Learning and Development, which they completed in 2011. Most recently, in 2020 and 2021, they took a coaching professional course at Instep UK Ltd, earning a Level 5 certification. The field of study for this last certification is not specified.
