Owen Crook is a seasoned facilities management professional with extensive experience in overseeing diverse property portfolios and managing substantial service charge budgets. Currently serving as Regional FM North & Scotland at urbanbubble since February 2023, Owen previously held the position of Regional Director at MAPP and served as Regional Facilities Manager North at Cushman & Wakefield. Throughout a career spanning over two decades, Owen has demonstrated expertise in contract management, health and safety compliance, financial oversight, and client relations across various sectors including office, commercial, retail, and residential properties. Additional roles include Facilities Manager at MITIE, where management of multiple Santander properties was a key responsibility, as well as prior experience with Johnson Controls and the Highways Agency.
