Abigail Weissert

Abigail Weissert (Konovodoff) has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Their most recent role is with UrbanStems, where they serve as the Recruiter responsible for all aspects of recruiting, including sourcing talent, conducting interviews, and onboarding. Prior to UrbanStems, Abigail worked at Recharge as a Talent Acquisition Partner, managing recruitment for the product and engineering departments. Abigail also served as a Technical Talent Sourcer, building strong pipelines for various departments. Before Recharge, Abigail worked as a Sourcing Recruiter at Amazon, focusing on logistics talent in the Philadelphia Metro Market.

Abigail's earlier experiences include working at Moda Operandi, Inc as an Associate Recruiter, where they managed full life-cycle recruitment and hosted orientations. Abigail also served as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, supporting the recruitment efforts and assisting with employee travel and relocation. Abigail started their career as an HR Assistant/Receptionist at Moda Operandi, handling office management duties.

Abigail has also held positions as an Educational Consultant at Boardworks Ltd, an intern at SPORTalk, WBIG AM 1280/Fox Sports Radio, NewsGram, and Abbey Paving. Additionally, Abigail was a Student Athlete for the Fordham University Women's Volleyball team.
