David Julien

David JULIEN has extensive experience in sales and management within the construction and finance sectors. Since November 2001, David has served as Chef des ventes Prescription at URBAT, a multi-regional property promoter established in 1975, focusing on designing and constructing primary residences. David's previous roles include managing an agency in L'Hérault and developing networks of prescribers in Languedoc-Roussillon. Prior to URBAT, David worked at Euro Consult Finances as a Gestionaire de patrimoine, specializing in financial and real estate products, and at France Quick as Directeur de restaurant, overseeing operations, budgeting, and human resources. David holds a DUT GEA degree in finance and accounting from IUT de Valence.
