Ed. D. Dr. Alexander H. Katz

Dr. Alexander H. Katz, Ed. D., currently serves as the Training and Recruitment Manager at URBN Playground, a position held since October 2021. Prior to this role, Dr. Katz amassed extensive experience in human resources at The Home Depot from December 2017 to September 2021, where responsibilities included human resources management, bookkeeping, and customer service. Academic experience includes a Graduate Assistant role at the University of Hartford, focusing on institutional strategic planning for undergraduate education, as well as serving as the Greek Advisor for Fraternity Life, where support was provided to fraternity chapters and their financial literacy. Dr. Katz holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration, a Master's degree in Music History, Literature, and Theory, and a Bachelor of Arts in Music, all from the University of Hartford.
