Maya Simmons

Maya Simmons is an accomplished Early Careers Associate at URBN since May 2021, where responsibilities include leading diversity sourcing and recruiting initiatives within the Early Careers sector, developing inclusive hiring strategies, and managing partnerships with HBCUs and DEIB organizations. Prior experience includes positions at lululemon, Urban Outfitters, and Philadanco, where skills in customer service, sales, and administrative support were honed. Maya earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from the University of the Arts in 2017.
