Laura Reyes

Laura Reyes has a diverse work experience history. Laura worked as a Human Resources Lead at Urchin Systems starting in September 2022. Prior to that, they were a People Ops & Talent Acquisition Specialist at the same company, where they played a key role in establishing the HR department, developing recruitment strategies, and positioning the employer brand in the LATAM region. Before joining Urchin Systems, Laura co-founded Grupo Remo SAS and served as a Co-founder for two years. Additionally, they gained experience as an intern at the Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo from January to July 2019.

From 2014 to 2019, Laura Reyes attended Universidad de Los Andes, where they obtained a Grado en Derecho degree in the field of study of Derecho.
