Gerard Poortman ★

Gerard Poortman has a diverse work experience in the nuclear industry. Gerard began their career at Urenco as the SAP Business Process Lead for ME/QM and WM European implementation from June 2009 to December 2010. Gerard then joined Urenco Limited as a Logistics Project Manager from January 2011 to May 2012. After that, they continued their role as a Logistics Project Manager at Urenco Limited from January 2011 to September 2014. Gerard then moved to Urenco USA where they held various positions, including Supervisor Planning and Administration from September 2014 to May 2018, Maintenance Support Supervisor from May 2018 to October 2021, and currently as a Senior Project Manager.

Gerard Poortman attended Saxion University of Applied Sciences from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Commercieel Technische Bedrijfskunde. In addition to their degree, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in February 2022.
