Karen Davis Fili

Karen Davis Fili began their work experience in 2003 as the Manager of Nuclear Projects at Entergy. Karen Davis then joined FirstEnergy in 2007 and held various roles, including Director of Fleet Project Management, Vice President of Fleet Oversight, and General Manager of Fleet Operations. In 2012, Fili joined Xcel Energy as the Vice President of Nuclear Projects and later became the Site Vice President of the Monticello Nuclear Generating Plant. Karen Davis then moved to Southern Company in 2015, where they served as the Site Vice President, Operations Readiness, leading the testing, turnover, staffing, and training for the first AP1000 designed plants. Fili retired from Richard M. Fili Consulting in 2018 and currently serves as the President and CEO of URENCO USA, starting in 2019.

Karen Davis Fili earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Mississippi State University, where they studied from 1981 to 1985. Karen Davis then pursued further education and completed their Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Business and Finance at Mississippi College, which they attended from 1987 to 1993.
