Jenny Mitchell

Jenny (Frye) Mitchell is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in strategic finance and investor relations. Currently serving as Vice President of Finance Strategy & Investor Relations at Urgently since October 2016, Jenny previously held multiple roles at AOL from 2007 to 2011, including Director of Finance and Director of Business Planning. Additionally, Jenny is the Managing Member of TEG Consulting, LLC, providing part-time business consulting services since 2012. Prior experience includes a managerial position in business consulting at Accenture and a finance analyst role at the Central Intelligence Agency. Jenny holds an MBA from the Raymond A. Mason School of Business at William & Mary and a Finance degree from George Mason University.
