Martí Genís Pou

Martí Genís Pou is currently serving as an Iberia Demand Planner at Uriach since September 2025. Prior experience includes working as an Expansion & Energy Analyst at Bon Preu S.A.U. from June 2022 to March 2025, where responsibilities included defining EsclatOil’s network expansion strategy, producing weekly sales dashboards for the Executive Committee, designing data-driven pricing strategies, and managing fuel procurement. Martí has also completed an R+D internship at GasN2, focusing on air quality and COVID-prevention projects while coordinating multiple engagements in the food industry. Martí holds a Dual Degree in Industrial Engineering and Business Administration from IQS Barcelona and Universitat Ramon Llull, earned between 2016 and 2022.
