Michalis Dimitrakopoulos

Michalis Dimitrakopoulos is a seasoned professional in the coffee industry with extensive experience as a Barista Trainer and Brand Ambassador. Currently, Michalis serves as a Barista Trainer at The Rabbit Punch since October 2018, while also representing Scotsman Ice Systems, Urnex Brands, LLC, and Astoria Macchine per Caffè as a Brand Ambassador since late 2018 and early 2019. As a testament to expertise, Michalis holds accolades including the 2016 World Champion CiGS and was recognized as the 2019 World Barista Runner up Champion, with education from the Specialty Coffee Association spanning from 2011 to 2020.
