Scott M. has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Scott is currently working as a Freelance CEO at URocked since September 2021. Prior to that, they served as the EVP, Retail Operations at Conn's HomePlus from March 2017 to July 2021, where they led the $1.3 billion Sales Business and implemented sales and people strategies. Scott also handled Customer Service, Collections, and Loan Operations.

Before that, Scott worked as the Operations Director at CPP Group plc from January 2016 to March 2017, where they provided transformational leadership for rebuilding the business and re-licensing with the FCA. Scott led various operational functions including Claims Management, Call Centre, and Regulatory Teams.

Scott also worked at Dollar Financial Group in multiple roles, including Managing Director, Corporate Strategy from November 2013 to March 2015. During their time there, they spearheaded a transformational change program to obtain an FCA license and implemented comprehensive changes throughout the business. Scott also served as the Managing Director, European Retail, Operations Director at The Money Shop, President of Dealers Financial Services, Vice President of Canadian Retail Operations, VP of Finance, and Head of Finance and Property at Dollar Financial Group.

Additionally, Scott worked at Welcome Financial Services Ltd as the Head of Finance from 1999 to 2002. In this role, they were responsible for managing the accounting function and provided detailed financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

Scott M. attended Financial Accreditation from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a degree in Finance and Accounting. Scott earned the FCCA degree during their time at the institution.
