Ayelet Salemon

Ayelet Salemon has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Starting in 2007, they worked at Teva Pharmaceuticals as a Process Validation Engineer for two years. In 2012, they joined Ludan Group as a Validation Engineer. After four years, they moved on to UroGen Pharma, where they held the position of Projects Manager. Currently, they serve as the Director of Project Management and Operations, RA at UroGen Pharma. In this role, they manage R&D projects, oversees cross-department operations, and leads human factor validation studies. Ayelet is also responsible for managing CMC activities to support IND and NDA submissions, as well as Devices 510(K) submissions.

Ayelet Salemon earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Material Engineering and a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology in the years 2000 to 2005. Later, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Tel Aviv University from 2010 to 2014. Ayelet also obtained additional certifications, including a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in July 2019, and a certification in Drug & Device Development Regulatory Overview from Tel Aviv University in June 2015.
