Roger Schultz is a board-certified urologist with significant experience, currently practicing at Urology Of Virginia since August 2017, where the focus is on general urology, dividing time between office practice and urological surgery. Schultz has held leadership positions as the former President of the Tidewater Urological Association and the Virginia Urological Society, as well as the former Chief of Staff at Williamsburg Community Hospital. Additionally, Schultz was the former Vice Chair of the Coding and Reimbursement Committee of the American Urological Association and completed a four-year term on its Board in 2020. Earlier in their career, Schultz served as a staff urologist at US Naval Hospital from July 1985 to December 1989, following the U.S. Navy's sponsorship of medical education at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, where Schultz earned an MD degree. Prior education includes a BS summa cum laude with honors in Biology from Tulane University.
