Joshua Raimond

Joshua Raimond is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in design and analysis within the aerospace and motorsport industries. Currently serving as the Principal Design Engineer at Commonwealth Fusion Systems, Joshua also holds the position of Senior Design Engineer at Ursa Major Technologies. Previous roles include consultancy as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at Apple and Apollo Fusion, and significant contributions as a Propulsion Senior Design Engineer at Astra. Joshua's foundational experience includes a tenure at Pinnacle Engines where innovative engine components were created, and roles as a Test Engineer with racing expertise at Hasselgren Engineering Inc. and Porsche Motorsport North America. Joshua holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics from the University of California, Berkeley, and served as an Engineer Equipment Mechanic in the United States Marine Corps.
