Sarah Ramuta

Sarah Ramuta is currently the General Counsel at Ursa Major. Prior to that, they were a Litigation Associate at Mintz Levin from November 2017 to March 2019. Before that, they were a Litigation Associate at Husch Blackwell from March 2014 to November 2017 and also a Summer Associate at Husch Blackwell from May 2013 to July 2013. Sarah Ramuta started their career as a Legal Analysis, Writing and Research Assistant at the University of Iowa College of Law from August 2012 to May 2013.

Sarah Ramuta earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Sarah then attended the University of Iowa College of Law, where they earned their Doctor of Law degree.

Their manager is Joe Laurienti, Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Chip Niemann - CFO, Brad Appel - Chief Engineer, and Kevin Lausten - Chief Revenue Officer.
