Terrence Williams

College Advisor for Inclusion & Equity & Assistant Dean, Students at Ursinus College

Dean Williams began working at Ursinus in August 2014. As the Director of Inclusion and Equity, he leads a team who focuses on campus initiatives surrounding issues of diversity. He also serves as a member of the Crisis Response Team in his capacity as Assistant Dean of Students. In the summer of 2016, he took on a role as an advisor to President Brock Blomberg.

Terrence comes to us most recently as the Dean of Studies at Pendle Hill, with work experience at Haverford College, University of Georgia, St. Lawrence University, Colorado College, and University of Arkansas. Terrence’s office is located in the Institute for Inclusion and Equity in Wismer Center on the Lower Level.
