Madeline Heuer

Madeline Heuer has a diverse work experience. Madeline started their career as a Marketing Intern at NetSapiens in 2014. In 2016, they worked as a Sales Team Leader Intern at AroundCampus Group and also interned at Ford Motor Company as a Social Media and Marketing Intern. In 2017, Madeline joined Insight Global as a Technical Recruiter and later became a Professional Technical Recruiter. Since 2018, they have been working at Ursus, Inc. in various roles, including Senior Technical Recruiter, Team Lead/Senior Technical Recruiter, Manager of Technical Recruiting + Training, and Director of Technical Recruiting and Training. Currently, Madeline holds the position of Senior Director of Recruiting at Ursus, Inc.
