Chris Bernazzoli Cfm

Chris Bernazzoli has over 20 years of work experience in facility management and operations. Chris currently works as a Facilities Director at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, where they oversee the World Trade Center location. Prior to this, Chris served as the Acting Facilities Director at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield's Annapolis office.

Before joining Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, Chris worked as the Director of Operations at American Dream, a premier retail and entertainment destination in New Jersey. Chris also held the position of Facilities Director at Westfield Garden State Plaza, where they were responsible for managing the operations of the largest shopping center in the area.

Chris has also worked as a consultant for several companies including Aramark, B&I Facility Services, Front Street Facility Solutions, Inc., and Regis Corp. In these roles, they implemented various strategies to enhance vendor compliance, improve budget reviews, and introduce energy management solutions.

Earlier in their career, Chris held leadership positions at Coolerado, Sleepy's, The Mattress Professionals, ANN INC., and Sprint Nextel. At Sprint Nextel, they developed a successful retail facilities program and received recognition for their performance within the company.

Chris began their career in the United States Air Force as a Command and Control Specialist. Chris later transitioned to the private sector, leveraging their skills and expertise in facilities management.

Chris Bernazzoli CFM, RFMP attended Penn State University from 1996-1999, where they earned a BA in Anthropology/History. Chris then pursued a Professional Certificate in Facilities Management from George Mason University from 2000-2002. In addition, they obtained a Certificate in MBA from Tulane University and a Certificate in Master Organizational Leadership - Project Management - Strategic Organizational Leader from Villanova University.
