Frank Keefer

Frank Keefer has a robust background in operations management, currently serving as Chief Operations Officer at Aqua-Chem since March 2010. Prior to Aqua-Chem, Frank Keefer worked as Vice President of Manufacturing at Fulton Bellows, LLC from 2007 to 2010 and served as Plant Operations Manager at Special Devices, Inc. from 1996 to 2003.
