Justin Mohrmann

Justin Mohrmann has over a decade of experience in customer service and technical support. Currently serving in the role of Customer Care Financial Services at US Cellular-Answer Wireless since May 2020, Justin previously held multiple positions at Gillware, including Manager of Customer Service and Data Recovery Engineer, where assistance with billing, troubleshooting, and data recovery from failed storage devices was provided. Justin's earlier experience includes customer service roles at Gillware Online Backup and a Student Assistant position at Herzing University, along with supervisory responsibilities at Loffredo Fresh Produce. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and also studied Computer Science at Herzing University, alongside completing a diploma at Madison East High School.
