Mike Cullina

Mike Cullina has extensive experience in the soccer industry, with a focus on leadership and coaching roles. Mike currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of US Club Soccer, where they also previously held various positions such as Chairman and Member of the Board of Directors. Mike has also been involved with the U.S. Soccer Federation as a Grassroots Instructor and Member of the Board of Directors. Additionally, Cullina has served as the President of the Virginia Premier League and held executive positions at Prince William Soccer Inc and Virginia Development Academy. Mike'searlier experience includes roles at US Youth Soccer Region II, OHIO ELITE SOCCER ACADEMY, Classics Hammer FC, Nebraska State Soccer Association, and Capital Soccer Association.

Mike Cullina attended Bethany College from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics. Mike then pursued further education at the University of Nebraska at Omaha from 2004 to 2005, focusing on a Masters in Education, although the degree name is not specified. In addition to their formal education, Mike Cullina has obtained multiple certifications related to football coaching and methodology. These include the Basic Course Football Action Analysis and Basic Course Football Tactics from the World Football Academy, La Liga Methodology Level 3 from LaLiga, Double Goal I from the Positive Coaching Alliance, Director of Coaching Diploma from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America, National Youth License from US Youth Soccer, Premier Diploma from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America, and a National "A" License from the United States Soccer Federation.

A National Association member of the U.S. Soccer Federation, US Club Soccer is an organization committed to the development and support of soccer clubs in the United States. US Club Soccer offers youth and adult registration, league- and cup-based competition platforms at the recreational and competitive levels, as well as a variety of other programming, including the Olympic Development Program-sanctioned id2 Program and Player Development Programs. Through US Club Soccer, all of a club’s programs – recreational, competitive and adult – are able to be united under one organizational umbrella, creating a “members for life” culture within each club.
