Steven Pennell

Steven Pennell has over 15 years of experience in human resources. Steven is currently working at US Conec Ltd. as the Vice President of Human Resources, a role they started in July 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at US Conec Ltd. from April 2019 to July 2022. Before joining US Conec Ltd., they held various roles at Shurtape Technologies, LLC. Steven was the Director of Human Resources - Talent and Technology from April 2014 to April 2019, where they managed strategic functions related to talent and technology. Steven also served as the Director of Human Resources - Total Rewards and HR Administration from January 2012 to April 2014, where they achieved various accomplishments such as implementing cost-saving health initiatives and consolidating medical networks. Steven has also held positions as the Director of Human Resources, Director of Human Resources - ShurTech Brands, LLC, Human Resources Manager, and Human Resources Analyst/Recruitment Manager at Shurtape Technologies, LLC.

Steven Pennell obtained a MA in I/O Psychology and Human Resource Management from Appalachian State University from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they earned a BS in Psychology from Appalachian State University from 1999 to 2003. In addition, they have obtained certifications such as SHRM-CP from SHRM in January 2015 and Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in April 2007.
