David Hoover has over 35 years of professional work experience. David began their career in 1983 with DuPont as a Stores & Receiving Coordinator. In 1988, they joined Disney Parks & Resorts as a Food and Beverage Controller. In 1991, they moved to First Interstate Bank as an AVP/System Administrator in the Real Estate Division and later as a Division Finance Officer in the Loan Operations. From 1994 to 1999, they were the Director of Information Technology at Bravo Corporation/Hyper Wheels, where they led the implementation of Manage 2000 (ROI Systems) ERP application. From 1999 to 2008, they worked at Mission-Itech Hockey as the Director of Information Technology, where they selected and implemented Intentia/Movex (Infor) ERP System. From 2008 to 2017, they were the Chief Operating Officer at WePackItAll, where they led the company's first geographic expansion and developed the company's operating budget tools. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at Ops2IT Consulting as an Independent Consultant, where they were involved in ERP selection, implementation and integration, business process re-engineering and documentation, and business intelligence and information flow. Currently, they are the Director of Technical Services, Chief Operating Officer, and Director of Operations at U.S. Continental - Leather & Fabric Care.

David Hoover attended West Chester University of Pennsylvania, where they studied Computer and Information Sciences.
