Scott Hayworth

Scott Hayworth, MD, is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in management, leadership, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of Hayworth Ventures, a company focused on equity advising and consulting, Scott also holds advisory roles as Senior Advisor for Arsenal Capital Partners and Amulet Capital Partners, LP, among others. Past leadership positions include Senior Vice President and Chief Physician Liaison Officer at UnitedHealth Group and CEO of Optum Tri-State, where Scott successfully consolidated medical groups and transitioned operations to a Value-Based Care model. An established board member, Scott has chaired various organizations, including the Ambulatory Surgery Center of Westchester and the Bedford Physicians Risk Retention Group. Scott earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from Joan & Sanford I. Weill Medical College of Cornell University and a bachelor's degree from Princeton University.
