Jacob Armijo has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Jacob most recently served as the Chief Lending Officer at US Eagle Federal Credit Union, starting in April 2022. Prior to this role, they held the position of VP Loan Portfolio Management at the same organization from June 2017 to April 2022. In this role, they managed loan analytics and reporting for various types of loans, including consumer and member business loans. Jacob also had experience in underwriting member business loans and analyzing participation loans, with expertise in USDA and SBA Loan Guarantee Programs. In addition, Jacob oversaw the Credit Analyst Department at US Eagle Federal Credit Union. Before joining US Eagle Federal Credit Union, Jacob worked at U.S. Bank as a Market President from October 2000 to June 2017. Jacob also served as a VP Loan Officer at Bank of Belen from 1998 to 2000. Earlier in their career, Jacob held the role of VP-Investment Rep. at Quick and Reilly from 1994 to 1998 and Trust Officer/Investment Rep. at Sunwest Bank from 1991 to 1994.

Jacob Armijo attended New Mexico State University from 1986 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Finance and Financial Management Services. In addition to their university education, Jacob also participated in Leadership New Mexico in 2015. Prior to their university studies, Jacob completed their high school education at Belen HS.
