Joe Weismann

Joe joined the Company in 2010 from Cabrera Services, an environmental consulting and remediation company. Joe has led the integration of the NRCG merger since 2019, which effectively doubled the size of the company in terms of revenue and team members. His current role is as chief liaison for the Operations group, where he focuses on process improvement initiatives and strategic problem solving with the other Company departments. Joe is also responsible for oversight of the Company’s radioactive waste programs throughout its treatment and disposal network. Joe previously led US Ecology’s Governmental Affairs group, where he was responsible for implementing the Company’s legislative and lobbying strategy. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nuclear Engineering from Georgia Tech and an Executive Master of Business Administration degree from Boise State University. He is also board-certified in Health Physics (radiation protection and control).
