Matt Dahl

Matt joined the Company in 2014 and has over twenty (20) years of experience in strategy, M&A and financial management. Before joining U.S Ecology, he spent sixteen (16) years in investment banking and advisory, assisting companies in diverse industries on acquisitions, mergers, divestitures and capital raising. During that time, Matt was a Managing Director and led investment banking practices at boutique M&A firms including Signal Hill Capital Group. He was a Principal at Bank of America where he led their West Coast communications technology practice and a Vice President at Citi where he advised companies in technology, diversified industries and specialty finance. Matt holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Chemical Engineering and Paper Science Engineering from the University of Washington.
