Tracy Sheppard

Tracy Sheppard is an experienced legal and environmental professional with a robust background in environmental engineering and law. Currently serving as an Attorney-Advisor at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency since May 2000, Tracy has previously held the position of Senior Counsel with the U.S. House of Representatives from December 2009 to January 2011. Tracy's earlier career includes roles as an Environmental Engineer at both LyondellBasell and Chevron from 1989 to 1996. Tracy holds a Juris Doctor degree from South Texas College of Law Houston and advanced degrees in Civil Engineering from Clemson University, including both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science.
